Illegal deposits of chemical substances and illegal waste dumps are common types of illegal waste deposition on unsecured areas ussually created by criminal activity or uncontrolled activity of public. This problem is not as common anymore as there were changes made in relevant enactments (waste testimony and related notices), and delinquents are penalized faster.
Dangerous and Toxic Substances can leak away from uncontrolled illegal dumping zones into atmosphere, soil or water. It can severely damage local ecosystems and jeopardize things such as the drinking source for resident population. Illegal deposits of chemical substances were frequently used as a kind of illegal business of organized groups with no possible responsibility for damages. Numbers of illegal deposits with tons of uncontrolled deposited chemicals were found in the last four years in old agricultural objects.

Corrective actions are projected to eliminate inception of leaks, fire, etc. Packaging of chemicals or waste into transporting and collecting containers and its transport to appropriate facility for removal is dependant upon its individual character.
