Combustion

Combustion
During combustion process there is not only thermal decomposition but also energy inception which is used to produce thermal and electric energy. Waste combustion lowers its volume (about 10 – 20% of original volume) and weight of about 70%. Inert residue not as negatively impactful for the environment as it would be to place it into a landfill. Combustion technology is on such a level that possible negative environmental effects are minimized. Modern incineration plants are fitted with sophisticated exhaust gases treatment in several levels and continual emission surveying and technologically save functioning.
Purum Ltd. operates incineration plant for dangerous waste in Paramo Kolin. This plant removes mainly solid, fluid and pasty waste that can not be recycled or otherwise used.
This incineration plant, type KVM 572 is fitted withrotary retort furnace Kettenbauer with diameter of 1,44m. With a view of legislation requirements and best available technology is the Purum Ltd. incineration plant is continuously modernized. Purum Ltd. is member of STEO (Association of Operators of Technologies for Ecological Waste Utilization) and CEPEW (Confederation of European Waste – to - Energy Plants).  We also cooperate with other incineration plants for dangerous or municipal waste throughout the CZ.
